as far into the weight loss journey as I thought. DS2 has yet another flipping ear infection. Not that that worries him, except of a night. He then can't sleep, and all he wants is to be cuddled, preferably in the upright position. Needless to say, only one of us gets sleep, and its normally him. I feel like a frieght train hit me!
The reason for not being as far as I thought I was is that I did what I used to do ... emotional eating and drinking :( I know I don't need it, but of course I have it. I have to get past this hump, I can't hide behind it anymore!
Off to hockey today, hopefully that will wake me up!
The end of the journey is very near!
